Stretch and Strengthen

Best for those interested in building muscle and losing weight. Most classes start with an active, energizing heating sequence (sun salutations) to strengthen the body followed by more passive, deep and steady postures that target connective tissue, joints and the spine. Sessions end with a relaxing guided meditation using crystal sound.

Release and Relax

Release and Relax is suited for beginners and those looking to open up tight joints and ease themselves into a well-rounded yoga practice. Most classes start by warming up and energizing the smaller joints in the body, moving into the spinal region. Once the joints are open, the body is challenged with various postures. Sessions end with a relaxing guided meditation using crystal sound.

Private Classes

Private classes are ideal for those seeking individual attention and a practice tailored to their specific needs. Private sessions vary between stretching and strengthening the body as well as targeting individual problem areas through assisted postures and Thai massage.

60JD   for one person per session 
35JD   per person (group of 2) per session
25JD   per person (group of 3 or 4) per session

A minimum monthly fee of 4 classes paid in advance. Minimum 24-hour notice required for rescheduling, otherwise charges apply. 
Rescheduling must be within the same month.

Thai Massage

Thai massage incorporates muscle compression, joint mobilization and acupressure. This form of bodywork takes place on a floor mat. People describe Thai massage as both relaxing and energizing.
75 minutes –   65 JD
Monthly Package (minimum one massage per week) – 50 JD per session
